GROW'S Jail Ministry is dedicated to meeting the needs of women during and after incarceration.  While in jail, we help women to discover the life change resulting from a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  GROW provides the tools necessary for women to leave jail with a greatly reduced risk of returning to jail in the future.

 This ministry has 3 individual components:

• Jail Ministry -This program is dedicated to meeting the needs of women during and after incarceration.  GROW helps these women discover the life change resulting from a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  GROW also provides the tools necessary for these women to leave jail with a greatly reduced rate of return.

• In-Prison Ministry - This ministry is available in Scott County, IA and Rock Island County, IL for incarcerated women.  These women are provided a weekly message and are encouraged to make life changes to bring hope to their lives.  Christian mentors are also available to help these women develop relationships through letter writing and aftercare team encouragement.

• After Care Team Ministry - This ministry provides assistance and encouragement to women who have been released from jail or prison. GROW has advocates available for court appearances and/or sentencing hearings.  GROW also provides post release mentoring by a specially trained and screened team of professional mentors.  GROW requires each woman in the After Care program to become an active member of a local faith-based community.
