Addiction(s)

First and foremost, it is important to acknowledge that we all have some form of addiction or compulsive behavior in our lives. Some of these addictions may be clearly more extreme and detrimental than others, but ultimately, we all grapple with something we feel drawn to or dependent on in one way or another.

Some of us are able to clearly recognize our addictions and diligently work hard, often through various strategies and support systems, to overcome them, while others continue to struggle significantly with the many complex challenges they face in doing so on a daily basis.
